How we ship, return, and look after what you share with us — set out plainly.

Shipping & delivery

Every piece travels by insured DHL Express with signature on delivery, folded into a lacquered atelier box.

Pieces from the collection leave Suzhou within a week; commissioned work follows the lead time confirmed in writing — most couture is in your hands within sixty days.

Returns & alterations

Collection pieces may be returned within fourteen days, unworn, with tags — we stand behind every stitch.

Commissioned pieces are made for you alone; rather than returns, the atelier will adjust and refine until the piece sits true.

Privacy

Enquiries travel by your own email client to the atelier inbox; we keep them only to serve your commission, and we run no advertising trackers.

The concierge chat is composed with the help of an AI partner service — please keep sensitive personal details for email. Your language and atelier-bag choices live only in your browser.

Terms

Prices shown are starting prices; the final quotation is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Each piece is made by hand — small variations in weave and hue are the nature of the craft, not flaws. All imagery and text remain the property of LX Atelier.
